57BYGH231-03AG6 consists of a 2 phase 57mm stepping motor and a 56mm planetary gearbox. The housing material of the 56mm gearbox is powder metallurgy. The radial play of the shaft is ≤0.03mm, and the Thrust play of shaft is ≤0.1. Backlash at no-load is ≤1.5 °.
For the same amount of load capacity, our powder metallurgy planetary gearbox has a higher service lifespan than the traditional gearboxes. The key aspects are to improve efficiency and reliability in any mechanical system.
