Features of stepper motors:
1. The accuracy of the stepping motor is generally 3-5% of the stepping angle.
2. The maximum allowable temperature of the stepper motor depends on the demagnetization point of different motor magnetic materials. When the temperature of the stepper motor is too high, the magnetic material of the motor will demagnetize, resulting in a drop in torque or even loss of steps.
3. The torque of the stepper motor will decrease as the speed increases. When the stepping motor rotates, the inductance of each phase winding of the motor will form a back electromotive force; the higher the frequency, the greater the back electromotive force.
4. The stepper motor can run normally at low speed, but it cannot be started above a certain speed, accompanied by whistling.
